No. DialsDone runs on the latest generation of conversational voice AI — natural pacing, real emotion, and the ability to be interrupted and recover mid-sentence the way a person does. Most callers don't realize they're talking to AI. Don't take our word for it: talk to both the AI Sales Agent and the AI Receptionist yourself using the live demo on our homepage.
Yes. Alongside the outbound AI Sales Agent, DialsDone offers an AI Receptionist that answers your incoming calls: general reception, appointment booking, message taking, order intake, after-hours answering, and call screening. It answers from your uploaded business knowledge (hours, services, FAQs, policies, even PDFs), and you can forward your existing business line to it — no new hardware needed.
DialsDone is built for opted-in B2B contact lists. The following compliance features are built into the platform by default: calling hour restrictions, in-call opt-out detection, and DNC logging.
Your responsibilities as the campaign operator: You are the caller of record and the data controller. DNC scrubbing against the National Do-Not-Call Registry and any applicable state registries is your responsibility before uploading any list. Consent for mobile numbers, consent recordkeeping, and AI disclosure in your script where required by local law are also your responsibility. DialsDone does not scrub lists on your behalf.
See our full TCPA Compliance Policy for a plain-English breakdown of what the platform provides and what you must handle yourself.
For B2B outreach under US law it is generally permitted, and TCPA restrictions are looser for business-to-business calls than for consumer calls. The FCC ruled in February 2024 that AI-generated voices count as an artificial or prerecorded voice under the TCPA, so the rules still apply: you must disclose AI where required, honor opt-outs, respect calling hours, and hold consent for mobile numbers. DialsDone provides the calling-hour, opt-out, and DNC-logging controls; consent, list scrubbing, and disclosure remain your responsibility as the caller. This is not legal advice.
When a prospect agrees to meet, DialsDone notifies you instantly via dashboard and email with the prospect's name, company, call transcript, and agreed time. You then confirm and send a calendar invite. Future versions will support direct calendar integration.
DialsDone's AI is trained on your specific script and common objection responses you provide during setup. When a prospect pushes back, the AI responds naturally using your approved language — covering price objections, timing objections, and "not interested" responses. Anything outside the script triggers a graceful handoff request.
DialsDone immediately flags the call in your dashboard and logs the prospect for a callback. The AI wraps the call professionally and lets the prospect know someone from your team will follow up. No prospect is left in an awkward silence.
Nooks and Orum are power-dialers that still require a human rep to pick up each connected call. DialsDone's AI agent conducts the entire conversation autonomously — qualifying, handling objections, and booking — without a human present. DialsDone also covers inbound calls with the AI Receptionist, and handles every sales, customer, and admin follow-up call with the AI Follow-up Agent, all in one platform.
About 5 minutes. You upload your lead list as a CSV, configure your AI agent's name, voice, and script, set your calling hours, and launch. No engineering, no code, no integration required to get started.
Each campaign runs 3 calls at once, refilling a line as soon as a call ends — roughly 100–300 calls a day depending on average call duration and your calling window. Scale workspaces run multiple campaigns in parallel, each with its own number and persona, so total throughput grows with the number of campaigns you run.
DialsDone starts at $89/month for the Launch plan with 200 calling minutes — an easy way to prove it on your own leads. Starter is $499/month with 1,000 minutes and 1 AI persona. High-volume teams choose a Scale plan from 3,000 to 10,000 minutes/month — the per-minute rate drops as capacity grows. No per-seat fees and no annual contract required. See our pricing page for full details.
