Two ways to work with our human callers

One plan starts with your list. The other starts with your ICP. Both prepaid, neither on a retainer.

Pay Per Dial

You bring the list. We work it.

$1per dial
plus $150 per meeting held

You provide the prospect list and approve the calling approach. Our callers work the list, handle the conversations, and book meetings into your calendar.

  • Your list, your caller ID
  • Every attempt logged
  • Call recordings in your dashboard
  • $150 only when a meeting is held
  • Weekly spend cap available
  • Up to 3 attempts per contact per week

Minimum first load $499

Pay Per Meeting
Prospecting included

We find the prospects. You take the meetings.

$0per dial
then $250 per meeting held

Give us your ICP and offer. We find and qualify prospects in the background, send you the prospect details for approval, then book the meeting once you approve.

  • No prospect list required
  • We handle the prospecting
  • Prospects matched to your ICP
  • You approve every prospect
  • No charge per dial
  • No charge for prospects you reject

Prepaid, no minimum load

Your pitch, written for the phone

Your opening matters. We build the conversation around your offer, your market, and the questions prospects are most likely to ask.

A frame they can work from

A clear opening, a reason for the call, the key questions, and responses to the objections that come up most.

You approve it first

We adapt the calling approach to your offer and send it to you for approval before calling begins.

It gets sharper over time

We review what callers are hearing and recommend changes to the list, offer, targeting or calling approach when they are needed.

What you get back

In your dashboard every week: what worked, what did not, and exactly what it cost.

Both plans

Booked meetings

Your caller books into your own booking link, and the notes from the call land on your results page.

Pay Per Meeting

Prospect profiles

Who they are, why they match your ICP, and our notes on the conversation — before you approve the meeting.

Pay Per Dial

Call recordings

Every conversation is saved and logged in your dashboard. Listen to the wins and the losses yourself.

Both plans

Real objections

What people actually pushed back on, so you can fix the offer instead of guessing.

Both plans

List and targeting health

On Pay Per Dial we flag dead numbers, wrong titles and closed companies in your list, and credit back the ones that never existed. On Pay Per Meeting we tell you where your ICP is running thin.

Both plans

The numbers

Meetings booked and held, the conversations behind them, what you spent, what is left, and how long it lasts at the current pace.

AI callers or human callers?

They do different jobs on the same pipeline. Here is how to choose.

AI Cold Caller compared with Human Callers across reach, fit, capability, hours and billing
Comparison criterionAI Cold CallerHuman Callers

Best forTesting a big list quicklyHigher-value opportunities worth a real conversation

They are not competing products — most of the value is in running both. AI works the wide list. Humans work the conversations worth having.

Pay Per DialWhat counts as a dial
  • One attempt to a number is one dial
  • Voicemail counts as a dial
  • Up to 3 attempts per contact per week
  • Numbers the carrier says do not exist are credited back automatically
  • A live number that turns out to be the wrong person is still a dial
Pay Per MeetingHow prospects reach you
  • We find prospects that match your ICP
  • We qualify them through the outreach process
  • You see the prospect profile and our notes before anything is booked
  • Approve the prospect and we book the meeting
  • Reject it and you pay nothing
Both plansWhat counts as a held meeting
  • Both parties join the call
  • The call runs at least 10 minutes
  • A prospect no-show costs you nothing
  • A reschedule costs one fee, not two
  • We ask you after each one; no reply in 3 business days counts as held
Pay Per DialIf you cannot make it
  • Tell us and it still counts as held — the dials were already made
  • Miss it without telling us and it counts as held
  • Rescheduling is free; it is one fee however many times it moves
Pay Per MeetingIf you cannot make it
  • Tell us more than 20 minutes before and you are not charged at all
  • Reschedule as often as you like, at no cost
  • Inside 20 minutes, or no word at all, and it counts as held
  • 20 minutes is what we need to reach the prospect before they dial in
Both plansYour balance
  • Prepaid — we can never spend more than you have loaded
  • Pay Per Dial: dials and held meetings come off it, $499 minimum first load
  • Pay Per Meeting: held meetings only, no minimum load
  • Work pauses when it hits zero, until you top up
  • Non-refundable once loaded
  • Never expires — no clock, no forfeiture
Both plansHow we work
  • We tell you what we think we can do, not what you want to hear
  • Callers work from an approved frame, in their own words
  • You approve the frame before calling starts
  • On Pay Per Meeting, you also approve each prospect before we book
  • You pay for work and outcomes, never a monthly retainer
What we promise about your balance

It never expires. No clock and nothing forfeited. Pause and come back later — your balance is still there, at the same rates.

You can never be billed more than you loaded. Work pauses at zero. No end-of-month invoice, and no unexpected amount left to settle.

You choose how much to put to work. $499 is the minimum first load on Pay Per Dial, not a cap. Pay Per Meeting has no minimum load.

Your balance stays as balance. Once loaded it is used for calling work and does not expire. That is the trade for no retainer and no contract.

If something is not working, we will tell you. We will look at what we are hearing and tell you whether the issue is the list, the offer, the targeting or the calling approach, then recommend what we would change. Whether you continue is your call.

Questions

How does your human calling service work?

Two ways. On Pay Per Dial you provide the prospect list, our callers work it, and you pay $1 per dial plus $150 for each meeting that is held. On Pay Per Meeting you give us your ICP and your offer, we find and qualify the prospects for you, and you pay $250 only when a meeting you approved is actually held. Both run on a prepaid balance, with no retainer and no monthly contract.

What is the difference between Pay Per Dial and Pay Per Meeting?

Who provides the prospects. On Pay Per Dial you bring the list and we work it, so you pay for the calling activity and for the meetings that are held. On Pay Per Meeting we do the prospecting: we find people who match your ICP, qualify them, send you the prospect details for approval, and book the meeting once you approve. You pay only when that meeting is held. Have a list? Pay Per Dial. Need us to find the prospects? Pay Per Meeting.

Do I need my own prospect list?

No. If you already have one, Pay Per Dial puts our callers straight onto it. If you do not, Pay Per Meeting is built for you — you give us your ICP and offer, and we handle the prospecting and the qualification. If you would rather be on Pay Per Dial and want us to build a list for it, we do that too: from $0.25 per verified contact, 500 minimum, quoted separately and not included in the $1 dial rate.

Do you guarantee qualified meetings?

No, and we would be careful with anyone who does. How many meetings you get depends on your offer, your market, your targeting and the prospects themselves, and nobody controls all four. What we can guarantee is how you are charged: on Pay Per Meeting you pay only when a meeting you approved is actually held, and on either plan a prospect who does not show up costs you no meeting fee.

Who makes the calls?

Our own trained outbound calling team, not freelancers hired separately for each campaign. Your caller learns your offer, your target market and your approved calling approach before they start.

What happens before the callers start?

We look at your ICP, your offer and the prospects you want to reach. On Pay Per Dial you provide the list and we help shape the calling approach around it. On Pay Per Meeting we use your ICP to identify and qualify prospects before sending them to you for approval. Either way the caller starts with a clear understanding of who they are calling and why.

What happens if a prospect does not show up?

You do not pay the meeting fee. A meeting counts as held only when both parties join and the call runs at least 10 minutes, so a no-show costs you nothing. A rescheduled meeting is charged once, not twice.

Can I control how much I spend?

Yes. Your prepaid balance is a hard ceiling — we can never spend more than you have loaded. On Pay Per Dial you can also set a weekly spending limit, and calling pauses once it is reached until the following week. On Pay Per Meeting there is no per-dial spend to manage, because you only ever pay for a meeting you approved that was then held.

Do I have to sign a contract or pay a monthly retainer?

No. There is no contract, no monthly retainer and no setup fee. You load a prepaid balance, it pays for the calling model you chose, and work pauses when it reaches zero.

How does the prepaid balance work?

Your balance pays for calling activity and held meetings. On Pay Per Dial a dial costs $1 and a held meeting costs $150 on top. On Pay Per Meeting only held meetings are charged, at $250. Your balance never expires and we can never spend more than you have loaded. The minimum first load is $499 on Pay Per Dial; Pay Per Meeting has no minimum.

Can I get my prepaid balance refunded?

Prepaid balances are non-refundable once loaded. The trade is that your balance never expires — anything you do not use stays available for future calling at the same rates. You can pause the service and come back whenever you are ready.

Can I listen to the calls?

On Pay Per Dial, yes. Every calling attempt is recorded and logged in your dashboard, so you can hear the conversations, review the objections and judge how your callers represent your offer. Recording notices are handled where the law requires one. On Pay Per Meeting you get the qualified prospect’s profile and the caller’s notes on each meeting instead.

What information do I receive about each prospect?

On Pay Per Dial you see your calling activity, recordings, conversations, meetings and results in your dashboard. On Pay Per Meeting every prospect arrives with their profile and our notes before you approve them, so you know who they are and why they fit your ICP. Once a meeting is held you have what you need to take the conversation forward.

How do you qualify prospects?

Against the ICP and the offer you give us. On Pay Per Meeting we identify prospects that match your target criteria, qualify them through the outreach itself, and send them to you for approval before anything is booked. The goal is not to find someone willing to take a call — it is to find prospects who fit what you are actually selling.

What happens if the calling is not working?

We will tell you. We look at the list, the targeting, the offer, the objections and the calling approach to work out where the problem is, then tell you what we are seeing and what we recommend changing. Whether you continue is your call.

Is your human cold calling service compliant?

We follow applicable calling-hour rules and honour opt-out requests on both plans. On Pay Per Dial the list is yours, and so is the responsibility for having the lawful basis to contact the people on it — we do not independently scrub your list against the National Do Not Call Registry unless you ask us to as a separate service, so scrub it before you send it. On Pay Per Meeting we source the prospects ourselves against the ICP you provide, and that sourcing is our responsibility. See our TCPA page for the full picture.

Can I use human callers and AI callers together?

Yes. They are separate services with separate billing, but they work well together. AI callers reach a much larger number of prospects quickly; human callers are better suited to conversations that need judgment, flexibility, objection handling or a more personal approach. Use AI for reach, and human callers for the prospects worth a real conversation.

Why can I not just sign up and pay online?

Because human calling is not one-size-fits-all. We want to understand your ICP, your offer and your goals before anyone starts calling — one short conversation tells us which model makes sense for you and what your callers should be saying. It also gives us the chance to tell you honestly if we do not think the service is a good fit.

Ready to put human callers to work?

Bring us your list and we’ll work it, or give us your ICP and we’ll find and qualify prospects for you. We’ll tell you which model fits best.
